- Product Listings: Sellers on Crafters Hub are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings. All products must be accurately described and represented, with clear images and prices.
- Intellectual Property: Crafters Hub respects the intellectual property of others. Users are prohibited from infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.
- Payment and Fees: Crafters Hub may charge fees for using certain services. All fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated. Crafters Hub retains 13% of the Sale, which includes a payment gateway transaction fee of R2.67 per transaction. The Store retains 87% of the Sale.
- Privacy: Your use of Crafters Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or any other harmful actions on the platform.
- Termination: Crafters Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violations of our Terms and Conditions.
- Disclaimer: Crafters Hub is a platform for buying and selling. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed on our platform. Users should exercise caution and diligence when making purchases.
