Shipping Policy

We will do our best to process your order within 2-3 days from receiving the order.
Your parcel will be delivered to you within 1-3 days after payment has been received.
Shipping costs are not included in the selling price of an item. It will be added automatically to your account at checkout.
Petalee reserves the right to change the shipping rate at any given time, without notice.
Petalee does not insure your goods for loss or damage while being shipped to you. If an item arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for items lost or damaged in transit.
Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly. Once your order is dispatched, Petalee cannot alter the address. If your address is incorrect you will be charged the return to Petalee as well as the resend shipping fees.
Orders will be delivered on week days during office hours.

Refund Policy

We at Petalee want you as a customer to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Quality and service is our top priority. Therefore we make sure that the item/s you purchased from us are without any damages.
We want to limit exchanges and refunds to a minimum and will therefore only exchange or refund an item if:
- the item you ordered was faulty or
- the shipment was incorrect
If you want to return an item because the size is wrong or you do not like the item anymore, the shipping costs for returning the item to Petalee will be for your own account.
Petalee never ships items in a damaged shipping carton. Should a delivery arrive damaged by the courier, do not sign for the goods or accept them. The courier will return the parcel to Petalee for replacement. Please inform us if this happens by sending a mail to info@petalee.co.za.

Petalee will gladly replace, exchange or refund items that are supplied in a faulty condition or items being incorrectly supplied.
This will only be done within five (5) working days after you received your order.
Please send a digital photograph of the faulty item together with the order number to info@petalee.co.za. You will receive a Return Form - please complete this form and email it back to us. Further instructions will be send to you, after receiving the completed Return Form.
Petalee reserves the right to refuse a return or a refund of any item that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
Petalee reserves the right to not replace or refund faulty or incorrect items if the above procedure is not commenced within five (5) business days of you receiving the goods.
