Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Oh So Denim order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

  • Delivery within South Africa typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Pudo Locker-to-Locker

  • Courier via Internet Express or The Courier Guy

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are not included in the selling price of an item. They will be calculated and added automatically at checkout.

  • Oh So Denim reserves the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Liability for Loss or Damage

  • Oh So Denim does not insure goods for loss or damage during transit.

  • If an item arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the courier directly.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for items lost or damaged in transit.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, you will be charged for the return to Oh So Denim as well as the re-shipping fees.

Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are delivered on weekdays during office hours only.

Refund Policy

Items purchased may be refunded within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

    • Sale items are final, and will not be cancelled or refunded.

To request a refund, email us at info@ohsodenim.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At Oh So Denim, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every purchase. If your order arrives in a faulty condition, or you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund it.

Eligibility

  • Faulty or incorrectly supplied items must be reported within five (5) working days from the date you receive your order.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  1. Email info@ohsodenim.co.za with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear digital photograph of the faulty or incorrect item

  2. We will send you a Return Form to complete.

  3. Once we receive your completed Return Form, we will provide further instructions for returning your item.

Important Notes

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Oh So Denim reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund for any item that is not deemed faulty or damaged.

  • We also reserve the right to decline requests if the above procedure is not initiated within the specified five (5) working days.
