Registration:

  1. Complete the registration form by entering your email, store name, and password.
  2. Visit www.craftershub.co.za.
  3. Click on “Registration.”
  4. Click the register button at the bottom of the form. The system will automatically take you to your Store Setup Page.
  5. Click on the “Let’s go” button.

Store Setup: 

  1. Complete the Store Set Up Page, including your store logo, banner, shop name, email, etc.
  2. Ensure you complete your shop description as it will display on your shop page.
  3. Click the “Continue” button.

Payment Details: 

  1. Complete your bank details with the preferred payment method – always bank transfer.
  2. Provide your account name, account number, and bank name.
  3. Click the “Continue” button.

Policies: 

  1. Complete your shipping policy, refund policy, and cancellation/refund or exchange policies.
  2. Click the “Continue” button.

Customer Support: 

  1. Complete the information regarding support for customers, including contact details and essential email information.
  2. Click the “Continue” button.

SEO Setup: 

  1. Complete the information regarding SEO setup.
  2. Click the blue question marks to get a description of SEO requirements.
  3. Click the “Continue” button.

Social Media: 

  1. Only complete the part you use, for example, Facebook.
  2. Complete your store social media information.
  3. Add your social media links/handles.
  4. Click the “Continue” button.

Completion: 

  1. Your store setup is complete.
  2. Click “Let’s go to the Dashboard.”
  1. Go to My Store – Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Payments tab.
  3. Select the order by ticking the circle in front of the order.
  4. Click the withdrawal button in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Click “Request” in the bottom right-hand corner.
  1. Go to Store Manager – Dashboard.
  2. Click on Settings on the left.
  3. Click on Shipping on the right.
  4. Tick enable Shipping.
  5. Complete your shipping time.
  6. Shipping Type – Choose shipping by Country.
  7. Shipping Type – Choose shipping by Country.
  8. Default Price – Add your courier.
  9. Cost here and click Save!
  1. Go to My Store – Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Payments tab.
  3. Select the order by ticking the circle in front of the order.
  4. Click the withdrawal button in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Click “Requesting” in the bottom right-hand corner.
